My college strictly enforces 75% attendance, leaving me exhausted by the time I get home.

I want to build projects and do LeetCode, but maintaining an 8.5+ CGPA takes up all my time. For off-campus placements, does CGPA actually matter beyond the initial 7.0 cutoff?
