Group projects are the worst

Rant: In my final year project group, I am doing 100% of the coding. One guy is 'researching' (googling) and the other is making the PowerPoint.

I'm basically building a full-stack ML application by myself. Has anyone successfully dealt with freeloaders without ruining friendships?
