State management fatigue

Redux, Zustand, Jotai, Recoil, Context API...

Does anyone else feel overwhelmed by how many ways there are to manage state in React? I usually just stick to Zustand now because it has zero boilerplate, but I'm curious what you guys use for medium-sized projects.

Have you tried looking into the official docs? They recently updated that section and it's much clearer now.
